The ownership structure consists of three individuals with prior experience in regulated business environments, retail operations, inventory control, and customer service. Deucalion McKenzie is the designated majority owner and principal responsible party. He currently serves in a Human Resources capacity at Auto Exotic and acts as an Operational Manager at Gas Station N, providing extensive experience in compliance enforcement, staff management, and regulated retail operations.
Jax McCoy is appointed as the Operational Manager of the Clinton 24/7 Store. He is currently employed at Enchanted and has active experience as a restocking and operational employee at Gas Station N. His background demonstrates consistency, procedural discipline, and operational reliability.
Jax McCoy maintains a clean criminal record and is in good standing within the city.
Lucky Srivastava is a co-owner serving in an inventory and restocking capacity. She is an owner of Gas Station N and a former Master Mechanic at Benny’s Motor Works, with extensive hands-on experience in stock handling, operational discipline, and supply management. She is currently employed at Amore, reflecting continued professional conduct in a customer-facing environment.
She maintains a clean criminal record and positive standing within the Los Santos community.
At the commencement of operations, staffing will consist of the ownership group fulfilling active operational roles. Additional employees may be recruited based on business demand and will be hired in compliance with applicable labor and business regulations.
Food items, beverages, and daily-use consumer essentials.
Approved repair kits and automotive essentials sourced through Auto Exotic and CNC City, intended for civilian use during non-operational hours of mechanic shops.
Basic medical items, including bandages and burn kits, offered to support civilians when EMS availability is limited.
Approved seasonal items and novelty products supplied in coordination with Enchanted.
Sale of worker bees and queen bees to enable approved civilian honey production activities and micro-economic participation.
Retail of authorized Lock and Loaded supplies only, subject to licensing, supplier approval, and regulatory compliance.
Pricing will adhere to market-aligned standards accepted by city authorities. No unauthorized, exploitative, or misleading pricing practices will be employed.
Demand is assessed as stable due to continuous foot and vehicle traffic and limited 24/7 alternatives.
Owner-funded capital contributions proportional to ownership shares.
Revenue is projected through steady retail sales and approved specialty product demand, with controlled expenses through inventory and cost management.
Any future expansion will be incremental and subject to regulatory approval, including inventory expansion, staffing increases, or additional business opportunities.
