This is a plan to start a bakery called Bee Bakery in Chumash, on Ineseno Road. The idea is to open a simple bakery that sells fresh food at reasonable prices for people living in the area and also for those who pass by that road.
We will mainly sell cakes, pastries, small snacks like sandwiches and puffs, and drinks like honey tea and lemonade. One thing we want to focus on is using honey from local sellers, so it also supports them in some way.
The team already has some experience in selling food before, so we understand how to deal with customers and how things work during busy times. The plan is to keep things simple — fresh food, clean place, and good behaviour with customers.
Owner of the bakery is Lucky Shrivastava (CID 1555, phone 416 435 8639). She has worked earlier selling hotdogs and cola near Pink Cage and City Hall, so she has basic experience in this line.
Praful Batliwala will handle management work. He knows how businesses run and also knows people in the city, which can help in running things smoothly.
Jax McCoy will be the main chef. He has worked with Lucky before and can handle kitchen work even when it gets busy.
Vicky Jenson will help both in kitchen and with customers. He has experience working with the same team and can manage rush hours.
Sarath Wilson will handle customers. He is calm and polite, which is useful when dealing with people.

Items we plan to sell include cakes (custom and normal), pastries, cookies, snacks, and drinks.

We will also add combo offers later. Prices may change depending on how the city economy works after the business starts.
Customers will mostly be local people, travellers, and nearby workers. There are not many bakeries in that area, so there is a chance to grow.
For promotion, we will do a small opening, maybe give discounts at start, and rely on word of mouth.
Startup cost is not fixed yet because it depends on approvals and setup, but it will include equipment, ingredients, and shop setup.
Expected income in the beginning can be around $12,000–$15,000 per day, and it can grow more once people start coming regularly.
Profit should become stable after some time. More customers and bulk orders will help increase earnings.
